What is QRitique?

QRitique helps businesses collect verified customer critiques through QR codes and reward customers with return-visit discount vouchers.

How does a customer leave a critique?

A customer scans the business QR code, chooses a 1-5 star rating, writes a short critique, enters their contact details, and verifies their email address.

Why does QRitique verify customer emails?

Email verification helps reduce fake submissions, confirms the customer can receive their voucher, and gives businesses more reliable feedback.

When is a voucher created?

A voucher is created after the customer verifies their email address. The customer receives the voucher QR code by email and the business can track it in the dashboard.

Can a voucher be redeemed more than once?

No. A voucher is designed for single use. Once redeemed, it is marked as redeemed and moved into the archived voucher area for record keeping.

Where do businesses see their critiques?

Businesses can view critiques in the dashboard, bookmark important ones, archive older ones, and open each critique to read the full details.

Are critiques public?

No. Critiques are only available to the business that received them inside its dashboard. They are not published publicly for other visitors to browse.

Do archived critiques affect dashboard totals?

Archived critiques are stored separately for organisation, but they can still be kept as part of the business record where reporting needs require it.

What information does QRitique collect from customers?

QRitique collects the information needed to verify and manage a critique: name, email address, optional phone number, rating, critique message, verification status, and voucher activity.

Can businesses update their public profile?

Yes. Businesses can update profile details such as name, category, description, address, contact details, website, and imagery from the dashboard profile area.
